Cancellation Policy

All appointments reserve the selected service block and are limited to the scope of the booked service. Clients must provide accurate service details, photos, and site information before approval. The work area must be accessible and ready upon arrival. Additional work, parts, return visits, or services outside the confirmed scope may require a separate booking and additional charges. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be accommodated without charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service price. Cancellations or rescheduling should be requested as early as possible. Service may be declined or rescheduled if the submitted scope, site conditions, or requested work differs materially from the information provided during booking.
